The theories and concepts used in this research were CSR 2.0, Porter‘s CSR Framework, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public-Private Partnership and Vulnerable Assisted Community in which serve as the guidance for the researcher in analysing CSR program in PPP Model aimed at overcoming illicit trafficking and drug abuse. The study revealed the findings that CSR in the PPP model goes along with the concept of CSR 2.0 which enables the creation of shared value between a company in this matter PT Bintang Toedjoe and its beneficiaries of the Red-Ginger Ecosystem, namely vulnerable assisted communities in Johar Baru and Menteng Tenggulun area. However, there were challenges and obstacles in the form of intensive coordination with all parties that need to be done to ensure the implementation of the program goes as desired.
