As an inevitable phenomenon, globalization triggers disruption, development, and invention in almost all aspects in human life. One of globalization impacts in economy is the emergence of multinational companies. Multinational companies have several challenges during its operation, among others, communication effectiveness, employees’ intercultural competence, and issues in their organizational culture. This study aimed to investigate the intercultural competence, organizational culture, and communication effectiveness and to explore the influence of intercultural competence, organizational culture to communication effectiveness. The research employed quantitative methods to utilize the dimensions in intercultural competence of the Monash Cultural Lab, organizational culture of the Denison Model, and communication effectiveness based on the communication model of Laswell. A survey was performed based on above mentioned theories and the indicators in Schneider Electric’s Controls Relays and Signalling community. As many as 53 respondents from 5 continents were participating this research. Findings of this research show that there is influence of intercultural competence especially listening skill and organizational culture especially core values in communication effectiveness with organizational culture have dominant influence.
