Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat dan seberapa besar pengaruh dari konten Instagram terhadap Brand Image dari produk perawatan rambut Ree-Derma Wellness. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling sebagai cara untuk pengumpulan data. Kemudian penyebaraan kuesioner dilakukan melalui google form yang isi oleh pengikut dari akun Instagram @ree.derma. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Stimulus Organism Response (SOR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari konten Instagram di akun @ree.derma terhadap Brand Image dari Ree-Derma Wellness sebesar 87,7% yang berarti konten Instagram memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Image dan sisanya sebesar 12,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.
