Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan Marketing Public RelationsHotel Park 5 TB Simatupang dalam membentuk brand image. Kegiatan MPR merupakan salah satu perencanaan yang difokuskan untuk mendorong minat beli, kepuasan pelangganserta dinilai mampu membentuk sebuah brand imagepada perusahaan berdasarkan tujuh alat utama yang digunakan dalam Marketing Public Relations.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Marketing Public Relations yang dikemukakan oleh Thomas L. Harris.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam terhadap lima narasumber dan dengan observasi untul melengkapi data, serta studi pustaka. Melalui display data, reduksi data dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Hotel Park 5 dapat membentuk brand imagemelalui kegiatan Marketing Public Relationsdengan menggunakan tujuh alat Marketing Public Relations.
