Abstract

The research goal is to find out The Effect of Buku Bergerak #AkuBaca Kompas Gramedia Campaign towards SMPN 20 Jakarta Students’ Awareness in Reading Interest. Theory used in this research isSocial Exchange Theory (SET) and concepts of Campaign and Awareness.The research method used is quantitative by distributing 34 questionnairesresearch instrument with Likert Scaleto SMPN 20 Jakartastudents.The results indicate that there is some influence ofcampaign towards awareness in reading interest with a regression coefficient of 0.989. The result prove that Campaign Situation dimension is the most relevant aspect yet Nature of Organization is the most influential dimension towards Awareness in Reading interest.
