Abstract

Perkembangan sektor bisnis di Indonesia khususnya pada industri Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) menjadi perhatian produsen susutanah air, PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia. Saat ini, diperlukan kreativitas, inovasi serta strategi-strategi yang efektif untuk tetap berada dalam kompetisi, salah satunya dengan penerapan strategi Marketing Public Relations. PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia terbilang baru dalam menerapkan strategi Marketing Public Relations di perusahaan mereka. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi-strategi Marketing Public Relations yang dijalankan oleh PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia melalui 7 alat Marketing Public Relations oleh Kotler dan Keller. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan teknik analisis reduksi data milik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia menggunakan 6 dari 7 alat-alat Marketing Public Relations milik Kotler dan Keller, yaitu publikasi, berita, acara, pemberian sponsor, kegiatan layanan masyarakat, dan media identitas.
