On the sidelines of the world telecommunications industry competition, telecommunications companies in Indonesia continue to compete and grow their development. One of the drivers of the tight competition in the telecommunications industry is the large number of operators in Indonesia and digital developments that are growing very rapidly. To face competition in the telecommunications industry, companies can do many ways such as through products, infrastructure and one of them is by improving the quality of human resources, one of which is through corporate culture. PT Telin is one of the companies that realizes the importance of improving the quality of human resources through corporate culture. PT Telin realized that for 10 years, PT Telin needed value that was deemed necessary in competing in the international telecommunications industry. The value is summarized into a corporate culture called "GREAT". This study aims to analyze the communication strategy conducted by PT Telin in socializing the corporate culture "GREAT" to their employees. This study uses uncertainty reduction theory, Communication Strategy 7C Cutlip & Center, organizational communication and socialization. The results of this study indicate that in the internal communication conducted by PT Telin in socializing GREAT, it was found that Telin had applied the Cutlip & Center 7C theory as a communication strategy in formalizing the "GREAT" corporate culture as a corporate culture to PT Telin employees.
