Abstract

Dalam komunikasi organisasi, employee relations sangat diperlukan karena berfungsi untuk menumbuhkan hubungan yang baik antara pimpinan dengan karyawan atau sebaliknya maupun sesama karyawan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan employee relations di perusahaan PT. Soman Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 90 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT. Soman Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sebesar 43,6% employee relations memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Sedangkan 56,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
