Abstract

Currently we are living in an era where everything is using a digital platform starting from shopping, communicating, to finding things. This chance has created a big opportunity for businesses in expanding their market to the digital market. A company which has existed in the Indonesian market for almost 65 years since 1959 named S.H. Alaydrus bookstore, is one of companies who are taking this opportunity to expand their target market to the younger generation by entering digital platforms. This digital communications planning project aims to help S.H. Alaydrus is expanding their target market in Indonesian e-commerce which includes Instagram, Websites, E-commerce, and WhatsApp as their digital medium to communicate. The digital communications planning will be supported by the concept of Integrated Marketing Campaign which covers sales promotions, public relations, & advertising. The stages of SOSTAC will be used to achieve the marketing communication objectives as well as the communications model of AISAS for the customer approach.
