Abstract

Doo-Tee adalah sebuah brand lokal streetwear yang berkonsep doodle. Penulis bertujuan membuat marketing plan selama 1 tahun kedepan selama tahun 2021 guna untuk meningkatkan digital customer engagement dan membangun brand awareness. Produk yang dibuat oleh Doo-Tee adalah kaos dengan desain doodle dan akan meluncurkan 3 desain di tahun 2021. Launching 3 desain tersebut akan dilaksanakan melalui special event dengan strategi roadshow dan konten media sosial. Penyusunan strategi tersebut akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan dari 9 Stages of Strategic Planning milik Ronald D Smith. Dengan harapan hasilnya adalah meningkatnya digital customer engagement di media sosial instagram Doo-Tee dan terbangunnya brand awareness terhadap Doo-Tee.
