Abstract

Setiap tahun adanya peningkatan jumlah wisatawan di kota Bogor yang menyebabkan banyak sekali hotel-hotel yang digunakan sebagai akomodasi tempat tinggal konsumen salah satunya R Hotel Rancamaya Golf & Resort. Banyaknya hotel-hotel baru yang berdiri juga mengancam loyalitas yang di anggap sangat penting karena R Hotel Rancamaya Golf & Resort tidak hanya fokus kepada konsumen baru akan tetapi fokus kepada konsumen lama untuk membuat mereka kembali lagi menginap.

Kata Kunci : komunikasi pemasaran terpadu, IMC, hotel, R Hotel Rancamaya Golf & Resort, meningkatkan, loyalitas, konsumen.
