Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sebuah strategi komunikasi PT. Arcade Indonesia dengan menggunakan strategy social media untuk melakukan sebuah promosi produk makanan McDonald’s dengan membangun Engagement antara McDonald’s dengan Customer. Strategy PT. Arcade Indonesia melalui Media Platform memudahkan penggunaan social media sebagai sarana promosi dan informasi di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada divisi Social Media Executive dan pihak McDonald’s. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT. Arcade Indonesia sangatlah berperan besar untuk menjadikan wadah informasi sehingga terciptanya kembali Engagement McDonald’s Indonesia.
