Abstract

Hayo Travel adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan pemesanan hotel, tempat wisata, penjemputan di bandara, hingga paket liburan yang memudahkan para konsumen dan calon konsumennya. Hayo Travel didirikan pada Mei 2020, dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di Jl. Balai Pustaka Barat No.23, Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Hayo Travel memiliki kompetitor Traveloka, Smailing Tour dan Dwidaya Tour.Perancang karya menggunakan IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) dalam melakukan kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran yang mempunyai tujuan untuk membangun awareness, meningkatkan customer engagement dengan menggunakan media sosial Instagram. Kegiatan IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) yang direncanakan oleh perancang karya mengusung dua acara, yaitu webinar yang akan berjalan satu hari dan giveaway Liburan Bareng Selebgram yang akan berjalan selama tiga hari dua malam. Perancang karya membuat perencanaan giveaway dengan maksud untuk membangun awareness Hayo Travel melalui akun Instagram para partisipan yang mengikuti giveaway ini.
